The Table Tennis Club developed a legacy Policies and Procedures Repository to provide a high-level overview of the committee’s expectations and roles. This ensures that future committee members have reference documents to understand their roles and commitment to the Club, in the event where a proper handover is unable to be performed. It also allows for a segregation of duties and details the team members that they will be assisting as a part of the role. The Club has also gained a partnership with a table tennis ball supplier to alleviate issues in ball inventory.
