Established 1968

The Karate Club has experienced a vibrant year, with the club continuing to pursue its main objective: teach the people karate! As well as also engaging in a range of extracurricular activities. The Club this year has organized three hikes out in the wilds of Victoria, held two social gatherings and four dinners. Since last year, the Club has proudly watched as 14 of their members have graded for a higher belt level. The Club attended the Lion Bushido Karate Tournament again this year, with double the number of participants and an overall score that got the club 3rd place at the Tournament. Finally, this year the Club has enjoyed collaborating more with other martial arts clubs, including holding the annual camp with Rhee Taekwondo and Wushu, and a games night with Wushu, Rhee Taekwondo, Aikido and WTF Taekwondo.
